Purchases, subscription, refunds

Hekether Pro is sold by the store, not by us. On iPhone and iPad the seller is Apple Distribution International Ltd., on Android it is Google Commerce Limited. Cancelling and refunds therefore run through the store:

• Cancel an Apple subscription: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. The app has a direct entry under Settings, "Purchase and subscription".
• Request a refund from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: profile picture, "Payments and subscriptions".

Whether a right of withdrawal applies depends on the terms of the store. If you are stuck, write to us and we will point you to the right place.

Your data

The app has no account and sends nothing to us. We cannot see, restore or delete your entries. Details are in the privacy policy.
